SURFBOARD RETURNS
Surfboard returns are assessed on a case by case basis and must be registered via emailing info@noosasurfworks.com.au prior to returning your surfboard. 
If your surfboard has been damaged during transit please see the Shipping section.
 
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Noosa Surf Works is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-15 business days within Australia, International delivery timeframes differ for each Country; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. In the case of custom surfboards you will receive and email with intended completion date 2 business days after your order.
